Welcome to my digital learning portfolio. The interactive samples below showcase my ability to translate complex legislative updates and system workflows into targeted instructional experiences using Articulate Storyline and Rise. Each project focuses on learner-centered navigation and scenario-based evaluations to bridge performance gaps and drive practical business results.

Audience
Newly hired Tenant Services Coordinators with varying levels of technical and operational experience.
Business Problem
Coordinators are transitioning from manual Outlook tracking to the new automated SouthScape Event Portal. Without training on the new interface, there is a high risk of confirming incomplete requests, leading to double-bookings, financial liability, and vendor compliance gaps.
Solution
This interactive module trains Coordinators on the new portal interface. By teaching them to interpret the "Traffic Light" status logic and navigate the logistics panel verification, the training ensures accurate event processing, maximizes space utilization, and eliminates double-bookings.
Highlights
Used a scenario-based approach with avatar mentors to guide learners through realistic workplace challenges.
Incorporated exploratory learning through interactive calendar blocks and traffic light indicators.
Designed custom freeform interactions for knowledge checks with immediate, contextual feedback.
Built a multi-step calendar simulation using variables to track attempts and provide hands-on software practice.
Process
Following the ADDIE model, I conducted a needs analysis to identify operational risks during the software transition. I then developed a Design Document and Storyboard to map the instructional strategy. Kirkpatrick Level 2 is measured via a scenario-based assessment (75% passing score). Kirkpatrick Level 3 is evaluated on the job by tracking portal accuracy and double-booking reductions.
Tools
Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, and text-to-speech audio generation.
Lessons Learned
Designing the multi-step simulation required careful variable tracking. I learned the critical importance of thoroughly testing custom navigation paths to ensure a seamless, frustration-free user experience.

Audience
Retail Store Managers with varying backgrounds and little to no prior knowledge of the new 2025 Texas Cottage Food Law.
Business Problem
A new 2025 Texas law allows Cottage Food Production Operators (CFPO) to sell wholesale directly to retail stores, but store managers have not been trained to manage these new vendor relationships. This knowledge gap leaves managers unequipped to solidify contractual agreements, leading to lost sales opportunities, severe product liability risks, and potential non-compliance citations.
Solution
This module trains managers to establish and maintain legal channels for reselling CFPO products safely. By mastering contractual validation, mandatory label checklists, strict FIFO inventory rotation, and DSHS audit protocols, managers will achieve 100% compliance and a 50% reduction in product liability risk.
Highlights
Chunked complex regulatory content into distinct, action-oriented categories (Establishing Partnerships, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, and Incident Response) to reduce cognitive load.
Integrated scenario-based knowledge checks to assess critical decision-making, such as refusing deliveries for missing "Additional Insured" status or isolating products due to allergen labeling errors.
Focused heavily on adult learning principles by providing immediate, real-world context for how to handle high-risk customer complaints and unexpected regulatory inquiries.
Process
The ADDIE process started with an analysis of the new 2025 legislative changes and their operational impact on the retail environment. I outlined the instructional strategy in a Design Document to ensure alignment with corporate compliance goals. Kirkpatrick Level 2 is evaluated through performance-based scenario questions. Kirkpatrick Level 3 will be measured on the job through the successful retention of mandatory vendor contracts and achieving zero non-compliance citations within 60 days of implementation.
Tools
Articulate Rise 360 and Canva.
Lessons Learned
Translating new legislative wholesale requirements and inspection protocols into an action-oriented module reinforced the value of concise editing. I learned how to prioritize immediate "need-to-know" compliance actions, keeping the training highly focused on practical risk mitigation for the retail floor.
