My name is LaNetta Callicutt. I am an Instructional Designer who specializes in turning complex compliance rules and multi-step procedures into clear, straight-forward training. Before moving into instructional design, I built a strong professional foundation in commercial property management and regulatory compliance, alongside years of experience designing practical curriculum and training staff on new technology.
