This design document features the business problem, target audience, and training recommendations for the SouthScape Event Portal training. The associated interactive, scenario-based module trains current coordinators to transition from manual Outlook tracking to the automated system. Learners practice interpreting system logic to process bookings efficiently, completely eliminating the need for manual cross-checking.

FTB STORE MANAGER - COTTAGE VENDOR TRAINING
This design document features the business problem, target audience, and training recommendations for the Cottage Vendor compliance training. The associated microlearning module trains retail store managers to safely navigate the new 2025 Texas Cottage Food Law and manage wholesale vendor relationships. Learners master contractual validation, point-of-sale labeling, and strict inventory rotation to ensure 100% legal compliance and mitigate severe product liability risks.
